Cell Wireless Corporation (Pink Sheets:CLWL) announced today the foundation of their U.S. sales and marketing strategy. The strategy is designed around the strength of U.S. Media Team's existing in-house database of 79.6 million opted in consumers and marketing agreementswith web sites and portals that have combined hits of over 1.6 billion visitors per month. The foundation of the marketing and sales strategy will also include promoting Cell Wireless (CLWL.PK) through U.S. Media Team's platform of 80 million cellular users in the United States.

Joseph Cosenza, President and CEO of U.S. Media Team, reported, "The foundation of the company's first year annual revenue projection of $20.4 million is conservative and will be built from the $10.5 million dollar marketing, advertising and promotions asset provided to Cell Wireless in the merger/acquisition announced by the company in its August 20 news release."
